At Valla Surfboards we just love surfboards; of all types. Possibly you’re a competitive grommet like Heath Joske and want to blast the back out of every wave you can paddle into. Or a soul surfer like Paul who like’s nothing better than setting a high line on a sleek 12 footer, then riding all the way to the sand.

Whatever your particular passion, we pride ourselves on crafting the board to get you there. Paul has passionately pursued all facets of surfboard design - ranging from the state of the art shortboards he makes for Heath, back to ancient Hawaiian surf craft. He still considers himself a student of surfing and surfboard design.

Paul has been custom shaping for over 35 years which means that when you order a board from us, you will be benefiting from this wealth of experience. We want to make surfboards for people who love surfing as much as we do.
